We provide each client our undivided attention and assistance through every stage of the process with full transparency to achieve perfection. The first step is a complementary consult to discuss the vision of our client's project, lot factors, and specific request to devise a plan to achieve the most ascetically pleasing and functional home for your preferences and lifestyle.

This consult will also help determine if a client wants to proceed with building a modular home or a custom stick built home based on their needs and budget.

After an initial consultation, either a custom house plan will be presented or we will guide clients through the selection process of our current house plans. Our house plans have realistic renderings to assist in imagining what Donaway floor plan that honor and reflect your vision.

We will discuss any potential modifications or customizations and design choices such as countertop materials, cabinets, and additional features. We want to make sure that every tiny detail determined will equal your dream house as a whole and nothing less when complete.

After approval from the client about desired selections, the next stage is presenting the budget. We strive to keep our homes affordable without sacrificing quality or our client's vision. A preliminary construction budget is presented, adjusted if needed, and agreed upon. Clients will also have the opportunity to meet with our construction team who are knowledgeable in every area of construction.

For clients proceeding with a modular home, we will place an order with the manufacture during this step.
